Pablo Salame is a senior managing director and head of Global Credit at Citadel.  Prior to joining Citadel in 2019, Pablo worked at the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. for more than 22 years where he most recently was a vice chairman and served as co-head of the securities division, sat on the firm’s management committee, chaired the partnership committee, and co-chaired the firm-wide investments policy committee. Salame earned his Bachelor of Science from Brown in 1988 as an applied mathematics concentrator. He played on the University's squash and tennis teams. He began his career working for Citicorp in his native Ecuador. In addition to his service as a member of the Brown Corporation Board of Trustees, Salame is a member of the external advisory board of the Carney Institute for Brain Science. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Signature Theatre and of the Advisory Board of the Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative.
