Brickson Diamond
Biography
Brickson Diamond is a Partner at Spencer Stuart, where he advises clients on board effectiveness, leadership succession, and executive search, with a strong emphasis on inclusion. Based in Los Angeles, he is an active member of the firm’s Board; Technology, Media & Telecommunications; and Education & Social Impact practices. Previously, Mr. Diamond Founder and CEO of a consultancy that helped organizations develop and execute strategy through an inclusive lens. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Executive Leadership Council, a leading member organization for Black executives and board members. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years at Capital Group, advancing to Senior Vice President. In that role, he built and led the Private Client Services division’s consultant relations function, supporting ultra-high-net-worth and foundation clients and advising families on wealth and legacy planning. Mr. Diamond serves on the board of Gentreo, a full-service digital estate planning provider. He is the Founding Chair of the Blackhouse Foundation, a 20-year-old nonprofit dedicated to expanding opportunities for underrepresented, multi-platform content creators. He also serves on the board of Rideback Rise, is the immediate past Chair of the Board of Tides, and sits on the Investment Committee of the Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands. Mr. Diamond is a member of the Brown University class of 1993 and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
